After many hours on the phone with FedEx international, we found that our shipment was being delayed in customs because of a missing invoice:( Despite all the grief we went through, we want to let you know our hooks are finally here! In Orem, yes, we are picking them up at the FedEx hub in Orem at 9:00 am sharp this Saturday!
